These terms apply to services provided by G.S.H Consulting LLC ("we") to you ("the client").
Services
We lease and manage marketing tools for local service businesses: websites, lead follow-up, review requests, website chat and booking, AI call answering, and related automations, as described on our website.
How it works
- We may build a free preview website for your business. It stays up for 7 days. There's no cost and no obligation.
- If you're interested, we meet, on the same call or later, to go over the preview and other products that could help your business.
- When you decide to buy, we send your invoice through Stripe.
- We deliver within 5 business days after your payment is received and we have the onboarding details and access we need from you.
Billing
Your first invoice is sent when you approve your plan and is due within 7 days. After that, invoices are emailed monthly on the same day of the month. Plans are month to month with no contract.
Cancellation and refunds
There are no contracts and no refunds. You can cancel anytime by emailing info@gshconsulting.org or calling (405) 780-6044. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your service stays live through the end of the month you already paid for, then ends. The free 7-day preview never costs anything.
Your use of our products
Our products are leased to you for use in your business. You control how you use them, what you say to your customers, and how you run your business. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, including having permission to contact your customers. We don't control and aren't responsible for your business decisions, your services or workmanship, your customers, the content you provide, or messages sent at your direction.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us about your business is accurate, and that you have permission to contact any customers you ask us to message on your behalf.
Your domain and content
Your domain name stays yours. Content you provide stays yours.
No guarantees
Our products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee search rankings, a specific number of leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, G.S.H Consulting LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or damage to your business, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.
Your responsibility for claims
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that come from your business, your content, or how you use our products.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
